Cockscomb, located in the SOMA District of San Francisco, is our first restaurant and collaborative project which we run and own.
Cockscomb is a vibrant, communal space, replete with personal touches in its thoughtful design. The restaurant space showcases accents inspired by Cosentino’s favorite pastimes, including cycling, and features such as taxidermy roosters and local artwork from Jeremy Fish and Sam Flores.
The team created a rustic, yet industrial, space for this restaurant alongside renowned designer Vincent Celano. Exposed wood ceiling beams juxtaposed with concrete oors and walls cohesively convey the balanced design aesthetic. Leather banquettes face the open kitchen while guests can also sit at the prized Chef ’s table or in the intimate space upstairs overlooking the main dining room.
The menu at Cockscomb showcases a range of sustainable meat cuts and dishes inspired by the city’s culinary history.
