Our second restaurant, Acacia House, serves as Las Alcobas Napa Valley’s signature dining destination.
The spectacular space is designed by the world-famous team of Yabu Pushelberg set with a backdrop of vineyards at the end of St. Helena’s main street in a historic building from 1907.
The menu captures the seasonal sensibility of California’s wine country and honors wine regions of the world with dishes designed to complement a lounge, and room service; and picnic baskets. Service elements, executed by the pedigreed hotelier team, are characterized by a warm, intuitive approach for a holistic dining experience.
3.5 Star review by Michael Bauer, San Francisco Chronicle, 2017
“At Acacia House , Cosentino strategically blends his bold style with a more refined approach.” “It is not easy to bring so many diverse elements together in a hotel setting and to successfully appeal to a wider audience, but Cosentino and Wharton have woven it all together”
